But by the time she reached her twenties, she forgot.

Instead, she poured her energy into her Psychology studies, then into a corporate career in London.
Thirteen years passed without her reaching for a paintbrush: and she realised she hadn’t just abandoned a "hobby", but a vital part of herself. Her true essence: a creator and an expressor.

Ele’s artwork represents her journey back to herself.

The first step was that realisation. Then came deep inner work to cultivate safety within herself, which included her studies and practice in coaching, both being a coach to others, and using the tools on herself.

This was followed by some big life changes: leaving London, booking a one-way ticket to Greece, then Mexico, then Australia.
She acknowledges you don’t need to be so dramatic to reconnect to your truth: but when you ignore the whispers for long enough, life might need to shout.

Ele’s art explores the power of the feminine: a part of herself she had long disconnected from and is now learning to embody more fully, both in her life and in her work.
Her pieces have been created all over the world: in the UK, Greece, Mexico, and Australia - each place offering a new piece of herself, or a forgotten one remembered.

She hopes her art inspires you to come back to yourself, too: especially if you’ve let the swirl of the external pull you away from who you truly are.

Eleana has always been an artist.
We all are.
